Фамильное серебро - один из главных семейных статусных символов, уходящий корнями в 18 столетие. Именно столовые приборы, как и другие вещи, становились объектом денежных вложений. Стремление иметь вещи их драгоценных и полудрагоценных металлов, как и обычай делать прятать клады, в целом уходят корнями в древнюю историю.
